Relaxation is an important aspect of yoga, it allows the body and mind to observe the work that has taken place. It is a time for the body and mind to rest, and rejuvenate. Most of the relaxations are 15 minutes long, a very healthy way to spend 15 minutes. Relaxations can also be used on their own, at any stressful time, or to wind down after work.
